1921 E121 AMER. CARAMEL URBAN FABER (DRK UNFRM) SER OF 80 PSA A. This is a clear photo image of Hall of Fame Chicago pitcher Urban Farber and a very difficult card. E121s are jumping up in price. All borders are straight with an indent on the right border that doesnt look cut. There appears to be a light waterstain on the back that might have caused the grade. Overall an amazing card of this great Chicago Hall of Famer. This is also a card from the same set as one of Babe Ruth’s favorite Rookie Cards.
Faber won 254 games over his 20-year career, a total which ranked 17th-highest in history upon his retirement. At the time of his retirement, he was the last legal spitballer in the American League. Faber was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1964.
