Vintage E.A. Bliss & Co. hinged bangle bracelet, likely dating from the late 19th century before the company became Napier. It features an ornate, filigree-style metalwork design, possibly gold-plated or gilded, and is adorned with three ruby-colored glass stones, one large oval cabochon in the center and two smaller round stones flanking it. The bracelet has a hinged closure and intricate detailing throughout. E.A. Bliss & Co. was established in New York in 1875 and was known for producing high-quality jewelry and silverware. The company later became Napier in the early 20th century( see photos for verdigris, I’ll leave it for the professional to clean)
