This is a vintage Josef Originals September Birthstone Doll figurine from the "Birthstone Dolls" or "Doll of the Month" series.
The figurine is made of porcelain and features a girl in a pink dress holding a basket of flowers adorned with sapphire-colored rhinestones, representing the September birthstone.
These figurines were produced in Japan and often have a black oval sticker with gold lettering and the "Josef Originals" mark stamped on the bottom.
They were designed by artist Muriel Joseph George, who founded Josef Originals in 1945.
