This dress has two layers due to the fabric being somewhat sheer in one layer. I tried to show those two layers in the image with me holding the hem. Note the double layer stretchy fabric means this dress will be heavier than you’d expect—and it’s a bit of a nightmare to fix if the layers pull apart. You will spend several long minutes searching for the straps and getting it laid out correct. I only warn about this now just in case this somehow happens during shipping and the buyer thinks I just sent them a long black Lycra tube.
Note: this is not burned velvet. It’s plain black
