This is CIOTA's spin cotton baggy denim in black, purchased a few years ago.
I've worn it quite a bit, so the color has faded vertically, and although it's black, it has a slightly gray tone. (It looks brighter in the photos, but it's actually a bit darker.)
It has a beautiful silhouette, not too wide and not too slim, and because of the fading, I think you can use it casually without any fuss.
