I’m not a professional or expert grader by any means, but from what I do know and from what I can see on this book, I think this is likely in the VG to FN range
Discrepancies include soft corners and some slight aging throughout cover. Spine ticks snd creases on cover. Minor soiling and discoloration on front and back cover. Some light stains.
Staples and centerfold is tight. No missing pages. Complete. Looks like off-white pages.
Could benefit from a clean and press but no guarantees it’ll bump the grade due to the color break.
Could definitely present better with a clean and press though.
