This is Cloud Black, one of the color variations of the NTT DoCoMo P900iV released in 2004.
This model was a hot topic from the time of its release because it was the same model and color as the mobile phone used by the protagonist, **Cloud Strife, in the movie "Final Fantasy VII Advent Children (FF7AC)."**
