Only a handful of these exist! This is a Muscovite and Tourmaline Cast that originally formed over an Orthoclase Crystal. The Orthoclase Crystal deteriorated leaving behind only its shape formed in the cast left behind of Muscovite and gemmy Tourmaline. The Muscovite is top quality and the Tourmaline is as well. The environmental events that have formed this unique structure are very specific and unlikely to be repeated in nature. This crystal specimen took millions of years to form. Its architecture tells an interesting story of its growth.
