This is a highlighters-shaped secret case.

Both pen tip interiors have been shortened, eliminating protrusions and maximizing the internal space. Items up to 7.9cm in length can be stored. Also, there is no risk of damaging the contents with the pen tip.
How to open: Open the cap on the thicker pen tip side, hold the indentation directly below the pen tip, and twist to open easily. If it's difficult to open, try wiping off any oil and then opening it.
