SUPER RARE HENRIOT QUIMPER BRETON Desert Plate

This is for the die-hard Quimper collector.This is a SUPER RARE Quimper piece.MAITHURIN MEHEUT (1882-1959) HENRIOT QUIMPER BRETON POLYCHROME EARTHENWARE 'LA GALETTE' DESSERT PLATES, CIRCA 1925 black painted marks and numerals, initialed MM in a circle on the front approximately 7".There are some potty "piths" along the edges as you can see from the pictures.I do not feel any chips but am not 100% sure some the the piths I picture are or are not surface chips.Again, they do not feel like chips.The following is information I found during research:MEHEUT Mathurin (1882-1958)- Manufacture HENRIOT QUIMPER Part of the service known as "La Galette" in polychrome glazed earthenware comprising seven dessert plates illustrating for each piece a typical scene of Breton peasant life including the harvests, the threshing of the wheat, the sorting of the grain, the transport of the wheat to the mill, the making of the galette... Monogrammed in the decoration and marked under its base.Circa 1925/1935.I have a total of 4 of these RARE plates in my closet.
