This quarter-zip comes from the Defense Language Institute (DLI) — the U.S. military’s elite language and intelligence training school in Monterey, California. It was worn by service members learning foreign languages for intelligence, signals, and special operations roles.

Marked “Delta Company,” this piece wasn’t mass-produced for the public. It was made for a specific training unit — small batch, internal issue, and never sold in stores.
